Atlantic View adopts a holistic approach to recovery through person-centred care. We focus on maintaining our residents' positivity, encouraging social inclusion and community participation, and helping them achieve their personal goals, independence, and self-management.
We help our residents relearn how to cope with daily activities, like cooking and washing, by addressing their barriers to independence and focusing on their strengths and rehabilitation. This approach ensures residents empowerment and allows residents to return to their normal way of life quickly and safely.
Our highly trained registered nurses and senior carers undergo rigorous internal programmes to qualify to care for residents with specialised needs, including medication, diabetes, dementia, epilepsy, falls, incontinence, nutrition, and hydration.
Our staff are trained to care for residents with all age-related diseases, such as dementia, osteoarthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, depression and all memory-related impairments.
Our all-inclusive packages incorporate our Wellness Hub, which includes nail therapy, hairdressing, massage, exercise, and an internal physiotherapy consultant to promote physical exercise, mobility and general wellbeing.
Each residents is offered a daily newspaper of their choice and is encouraged to read it to help improve brain and memory function.
